      Regarding the device compatibility status of BONX application


      1. About iOS devices

      Regarding iOS, we have confirmed operation on Apple devices running iOS 13 or later.
      However, there are some issues with iOS12.4. *Click here for details
      • For iPad: Both Wi-Fi and cellular models can be used. Compatible with iOS 13 or later.

      2. About Android devices

      The BONX team is currently conducting tests on the following Android devices to confirm operation status. Please check back as the situation will be updated from time to time. Additionally, we currently cannot guarantee the operation of devices below Android 8.0.

      The table below shows a list of devices that have been confirmed to work within our company, as well as a list of devices that are most frequently used by BONX customers.

      *We cannot guarantee operation for Android versions below 8.0.
