For BONX mini, please check the following.
1. Try charging continuously for 24 hours.
Please charge the battery continuously for 24 hours.
If the power does not turn on even after doing so, there may be a malfunction.
Please see the notes regarding handling of malfunctions.
2. Check that the charging cord outlet is not damaged.
Please check that there is no problem with the charging cord outlet on the case.
Damage to the socket due to forceful insertion or removal will not be replaced.
3. Please check if there is a magnet on the back of the case.
When you open the lid of the charging case, please check if there is a silver round magnet on the back side.
If the magnet is not attached, we will replace it free of charge.
4. Check the light on the charging case.
If the red light on your charging case is blinking, try the steps below.
① Remove the earphones and charge them for 24 hours using only the charging case.
②Put the earphones into the charging case and check if they can be charged.
If you are unable to charge the battery even after following the steps above, please contact BONX as there is a possibility that the battery is defective .
