1. Please check that the pins on the earphone connection part of the charging case are not bent.
If any of the 5 pins below are broken, please contact us.
2. Please check that the charging cord connection part of the charging case is not damaged.
Please note that damaged connection parts are not eligible for replacement.
3. Please try charging continuously for 24 hours and see if the symptoms improve.
*When charging, please make sure that the earphones fit securely into the charging case and that the lid of the charging case is not floating.
