If your BONX earphones cannot be charged or powered on, try the following methods.
1. Try charging for 24 hours.
Please charge the battery continuously for 24 hours.
If the power does not turn on even after doing so, there may be a malfunction.
Please see the notes regarding handling of malfunctions.
2. Check that the charging cord outlet is not damaged.
Please check that there is no problem with the charging cord outlet.
Damage to the socket due to forceful insertion or removal will not be replaced.
