This is a reset method to return BONX earphones to their factory condition. Reset the connection history of the earphones. Perform this when the Bluetooth connection with the device you are using is not working properly.
1. Disconnect from the app
Turn off Bluetooth or tap the device button on the app screen and select a device other than earphones
2. With the power on, press and hold the main button for 15 seconds .
After the green/orange LED flashes alternately for a while, the LED turns yellow for 1 second and the connection history is reset.
